• Assists with day-to-day accounting functions, including but not limited to Stock Compensation, Equity Plan Management, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting. • Assist with journal entries and account reconciliations in compliance with GAAP and the company’s policies and procedures to ensure that transactions are recorded timely. • Support and participate in monthly financial reporting process and monthly close. • Provide support where needed to facilitate payroll and other HR related processes.
Requirements
• 1 to 3 years on a Finance/Accounting team. • CPA is nice to have • Experience with journal entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable • Strong spreadsheet experience • Experience with Netsuite • Experience with equity/Carta is a plus
