📋 Description
• Proactively engage with inbound and outbound leads to generate new business opportunities • Conduct research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage prospects through the sales pipeline • Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate value to potential clients • Targets: 70 outbound calls per day, 225 personalized emails per week, 17 LinkedIn touches per day, Target response rate: 15-20%
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency rated at C1 or better, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional environment • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role with SaaS B2B companies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Construction industry experience is a plus
