• About Us: Online Education Services (OES) partners with universities to provide engaging online programs. • QUT Online delivers tailored degrees for students unable to attend campus. • Role supports and guides students through their learning journey. • OLAs provide exceptional student experience and facilitate engaging learning activities. • Responsibilities include assessment tasks, marking, and submitting results.
Requirements
• You will hold a Master level qualification recognised as a specialist qualification in Career Development and Counselling by CICA (Career Industry Council of Australia) OR Graduate Certificate level qualification recognised as a specialist qualification by CICA along with a Masters of Education or Guidance Counselling. • 5+ years experience running career counselling/development sessions in a one on one environment, preferably across a range of client cohorts (Primary, Secondary, Higher Ed and Community). • Knowledge of the Australian education system or ability to acquire this in timely manner • High level of spoken and written English. • You are motivated by student success and passionate about online learning • You are a passionate and clear communicator • You have strong presentation skills and the ability to maintain an engaging and positive online presence • You are proactive and organised • You thrive in a remote working environment
