• About Us: Online Education Services (OES) partners with universities to provide engaging online programs. • This role is an opportunity to support and guide students through their learning journey. • OLAs are responsible for providing an exceptional student experience through delivering academic content. • Facilitating learning activities that engage and support student learning. • Undertaking assessment tasks as well as processing and submitting results according to set timelines.
Requirements
• You will hold a minimum of Masters qualification in a relevant field • Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience in learning design, working with education and future trends, industry or community partners in adult learning. • Knowledge of the Australian education system or ability to acquire this in timely manner • High level of spoken and written English. • You are motivated by student success and passionate about online learning • You are a passionate and clear communicator • You have strong presentation skills and the ability to maintain an engaging and positive online presence • You are proactive and organised • You thrive in a remote working environment
