📋 Description
• Online Education Services (OES) partners with universities to provide engaging online programs. • This position works with Monash University Online to support student learning. • OLAs assist students with their learning journey by facilitating, assessing, and providing feedback. • They do not design curriculum or assessments.
🎯 Requirements
• You will hold a minimum of Masters level qualification in Marketing or related business field • You have minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience • You are motivated by student success and passionate about online learning • You are a passionate and clear communicator • You have strong presentation skills and the ability to maintain an engaging and positive online presence • You are proactive and organised • You thrive in a remote working environment
