• Online Education Services partners with universities to provide engaging online programmes. • Opportunity to support and guide students through their learning journey. • Online Tutors facilitate the learning process for MSc Data Science / Analytics students.

Requirements

• You will hold a minimum of a MSc or equivalent in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or a similar area. • You will have experience of teaching and assessing at degree level. • You will have the ability to teach across a range of topics specifically calculus, linear algebra, probability and statistics. • Some modules include teaching machine learning and neural networks, so some knowledge of these concepts would be required for certain modules. • You will have the specific skills required to deliver programming skills (specifically Python). • You have high standards and with demonstrable impact on students’ learning. • You are motivated by student success and passionate about online learning. • You are a passionate and excellent, clear communicator. • You have strong presentation skills and the ability to maintain an engaging and positive online presence. • You are proactive and organised. • You thrive in a remote working environment. • A PhD in a related discipline. • Relevant industry experience. • Experience of using Virtual Learning Environments as learning tools. • Experience of teaching and assessing online programmes.
