Description
• Responsible for building and delivering against a governance-focused roadmap • Develop and manage a modular governance system for Arbitrum chains • Drive improvements to user-facing products like the Arbitrum Bridge and Portal • Proactively identify product requirements at technical and non-technical levels • Work closely with engineering teams to synthesize feedback and prioritize development work • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams for new product launches and protocol changes • Integrate across the company to ensure alignment
Requirements
• Experience: 3-5 years in a PM role or a closely related technical capacity • Crypto Native: Deeply embedded in on-chain culture, use dApps in everyday life • Communication Maven: Stellar written and verbal communication skills • Technical & Business Acumen: Capable of diving deep into technical details and broader business objectives • Team Player: Flexible, dependable, and thrives in ambiguous situations
