🎯 Requirements

•7+ years of relevant industry experience in cybersecurity, VM creation, and content development, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor in these areas. •Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory attacks, including enumeration, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and persistence techniques. •Strong programming skills in PowerShell, C#, and Python, with the ability to script and automate security-focused tasks. •Proven experience in bypassing security solutions such as antivirus, application control, and EDR, with a deep understanding of modern detection and evasion techniques. •Exceptional writing and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts with clarity for diverse audiences. •Advanced research and analytical skills, including the ability to investigate emerging threats, validate attack techniques, and ensure real-world accuracy in training content. •Significant understanding of content development principles, including learning design, assessment strategies, content production workflows, and quality assurance. •Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities, including driving content initiatives, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to process improvements. •Experience working in global, cross-functional teams, effectively collaborating across cultures, time zones, and disciplines.
