β’ Maintain and update client records in the CRM system. β’ Manage email communication, including drafting responses, scheduling discovery calls, and sending follow-ups. β’ Assist in preparing scopes of work and client documentation. β’ Set up and optimize task and project management systems (e.g., Asana), including importing templates and organizing workflows. β’ Handle inbound calls and respond to text messages via the CRM system. β’ Address client inquiries about tax preparation services and guide them through next steps. β’ Route bookkeeping and tax planning leads to the appropriate team members for follow-up. β’ Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless client experience. β’ Schedule and publish daily content using pre-designed templates. β’ Monitor and engage with social media messages and comments in a timely, professional manner.
β’ 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a virtual or remote setting. β’ 1+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting OR a strong interest in learning. (Bonus: Degree in Accounting.) β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems. β’ Familiarity with tools like Asana, Keeper, and TaxDome (preferred but not required; training provided). β’ Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail. β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. β’ Self-motivated and proactive, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision. β’ Experience working with Russian-speaking clients (preferred). β’ Availability to work U.S. business hours (10 AM β 6 PM CST).
β’ $800 to $1200 depends on experience β’ $500 bonus at 90-day mark β’ 13th month pay (paid on Jun 1 and Dec 1) β’ Performance-based bonuses β’ Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents β’ Annual continuing education budget to support professional development β’ Start date: TBA
