• Provide legal advice and consultation to senior management on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues • Work with the Global Executive Team and OFX Group board on key strategic initiatives • Manage legal risk and compliance obligations regarding global regulatory changes • Support the launch of new products and capabilities • Draft, review and update commercial contracts with clients and service providers • Draft and review product and customer terms and policies • Undertake other duties as required
• Law degree with superior academic credentials from a nationally-recognised law school • Current Australian practicing certificate • 7 years+ PQE • Experience as a lawyer in a top tier law firm • Previous in-house experience is beneficial but not essential • Financial services (payments) experience is ideal but not essential • Exceptional analytical, written and oral communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to communicate effectively with directors, senior management • A commercial and pragmatic attitude • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
