Description

• Responsible for the recruitment and candidate selection • Utilizes various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates • Reviews and screens candidate’s applications and resumes for all assigned positions • Conducts and schedules initial interviews • Utilizes a behavioral based interview process in recruiting • Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and coordinates the pre-employment process • Handles new employee onboarding • Creates and post position requisitions on company website, job boards and social media • Collaborates with hiring manager to identify staffing needs and assist with recruitment efforts for open positions • Develops and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates • Serves as the point of contact during the recruitment process • Provides regular updates on recruitment activity for open positions to hiring managers • Establishes systems that provide for routine follow up to applicants to ensure that appropriate action is taken within a reasonable timeframe • Updates job descriptions and job specifications with hiring managers • Serves as a point of contact to new hires for problem resolution related to Human Resources policies and processes

Requirements

• Must demonstrate loyalty to both cause and the Founder • Must be deeply passionate about OMG’s mission • Must possess a willingness to risk it all on the truth and stay strong under insurmountable pressure • Minimum of (2) years of recruitment experience • The ideal candidate is a hard worker with a great attitude • Effective organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize diverse tasks in a high-energy environment • Ability to work to a tight schedule • Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills required • Friendly and empathetic demeanor • Exceptional problem-solving ability, backed by good judgment • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
