• You have 5+ years of producing elegant, engaging written and/or video content and can provide samples. • Previous experience with SaaS is a must. Shopify experience is highly desirable. • Prior experience working with AI to optimize the content production process is a plus. • You have experience being customer-facing. • You have excellent English writing and communication skills. • You are seen as positive, energetic, and exude a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all team members. • You have solid time-management skills with the ability to execute consistently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and carry out self-directed responsibilities. • You understand how content should support the buyer’s journey. • You think like a marketer and have the curiosity of a journalist.
