• Contribute to the product strategy as a Senior Product Manager at Okendo • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define product direction • Drive product activities from end-to-end including writing specs and go-to-market activity • Collect & analyze data to inform better decision making • Act as a leadership and culture driver without formal authority
• Practical experience in modern product discovery methodologies • A commercial mindset but understanding the importance of being customer first • An empathetic nature and an effective communicator who can influence multiple stakeholder groups • A strategic thinker with excellent judgement and decision-making skills • Deeply passionate about data and insights • Adaptable and flexible with an openness to new ideas • Experience with complex B2B SaaS products • Evidence of tangible results from identifying product opportunities • You are a customer experience champion • You are a curious observer and empathetic to the needs of the customer • You are a strategic thinker focused on how things work • You exercise excellent judgement and decision-making skills • You are an effective communicator with the ability to influence groups • You are adaptable and flexible, with an openness to new ideas
