• Act as an Onboarding Manager, responsible for setting up Merchants for success with Okendo Programs. • Be a trusted partner to help brands grow their businesses through effective use of the Okendo platform. • Collaborate with various teams and tell success stories of merchants. • Be the dedicated point of contact to onboard new merchants and demonstrate product expertise. • Design programs that match merchant needs and leverage the Okendo Platform's full power. • Ensure merchants go live seamlessly and efficiently through project management and quality control. • Define growth plans to engage merchants in long-term partnerships with Okendo.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility • Assertiveness and leadership to drive the execution of action plans • A process mind to work in a high-volume environment • Tech savviness - the words CSV, HTML and APIs do not scare you, they excite you • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy • Ability to think through problems and prioritize tasks based on their relative importance. • Ability to troubleshoot, and be resourceful to find solutions • Impeccable communication, both written and verbal, and presentation. • A high degree of commitment and resilience as you work to enable the best outcomes for your customer. • At least 2 years of experience working at a Seed Series / Series - A SaaS company in a customer-facing role. • Knowledge of e-commerce tech stacks and metrics • Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Shopping
