Description

•Solutions Engineers at Okendo build customized software solutions for e-commerce merchants. •Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand and deliver technical solutions. •Support the sales and success teams with technical product expertise. •Collaborate to develop custom functionality for 3rd-party tech integrations. •Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Okendo’s products and integrations. •Build relationships with customer stakeholders as a technical liaison. •Communicate feedback and issues with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience as a software developer •Intermediate/Advanced expertise with our tech stack: Typescript, HTML/CSS, Javascript, Node, React, Angular, AWS •Knowledge of the Shopify environment, Shopify Liquid, and Shopify’s API •Interpersonal skills: comfortable interfacing with customers and internal staff •Ability to manage projects independently in a waterfall environment •Creative and critical thinking skills
