📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Brand, Marketing, and Communications Manager to join our team at Oleroladele.com. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of brand management, marketing initiatives, communications strategies, external newsletters, partnership development, lead nurturing automation, and actively procuring speaking engagements. • What we do at OlerOladele.com. • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, and services. • Manage the brand's identity and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels. • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, digital content and press releases. • Coordinate with the sales team to develop marketing campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement. • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Manage the company's social media presence and engage with followers to build brand loyalty. • Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals. • Plan and execute public relations campaigns to enhance the brand's reputation and visibility. • Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant industry stakeholders to enhance market presence. • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; • Proven work experience in brand management, marketing, or communications. • Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies. • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively convey the Company’s Vision and brand message. • Proficiency in utilizing various marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics software. • Strong leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and lead a team effectively. • Creativity and strategic thinking in developing and implementing impactful marketing campaigns. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
