• Develop and implement community strategies to engage and grow the internal (The Money Wit Club) and external (Newsletter and social media) community of OlerOladele.com. • Manage and moderate online community platforms, such as social media, forums, and websites. • Respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. • Identify and engage with key community influencers and advocates. • Organize and host online and offline events to foster community engagement. • Monitor and analyze community feedback and data to identify trends and insights. • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align community initiatives with overall business goals. • Create and manage community content, such as newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management.
• Proven experience as a community manager or similar role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong understanding of online community platforms and social media. • Experience in community building and engagement strategies. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
