• Reporting to the Global Innovation Manager, with a dotted line to the Global Development Director, the Global Associate Brand Manager will be a key member of the International Team. • This role involves supporting global innovation projects, artwork development, dossier development, business analytics and assisting with market, product, and category research to support our international expansion into key markets. • Opportunities for new experiences and growth are limitless!
• 2-3+years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry familiar with products sold across brick & mortar and e-commerce channels in US as well as global markets • Strong data analytics and Excel skills – previous experience working with pivot tables, VLOOKUP's and building and maintaining performance dashboards and crafting written reports • Ability to take direction and execute to focus on what is important and necessary for the business • Foundational understanding of core business, including finance, innovation, operations, sales, marketing and brand building • Experience in innovation project/artwork management, and working with global teams, specifically in Asia • Strong presentation, cross cultural communication and storytelling skills • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to give and receive actionable feedback • Professional working or native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required
