Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating high-quality, functional websites in a high-volume environment. • A background in marketing and/or SEO, with an understanding of on-page and off-page SEO factors critical for search rankings and lead generation. • Proven experience in product leadership within SEO website development, with a track record of delivering lead-generating, visually compelling sites at scale. • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience leading teams in a production-oriented environment, aligning efforts across product, development, marketing, and account management. • A data-driven approach, using curiosity and analytics to refine and optimize processes for quality and efficiency continually.
