• Experience in SEO and Content Operations, with proven expertise in leading teams that produce high-quality, lead-generating copy. • A background in SEO strategy and tactics, with an understanding of how to implement on-page SEO techniques and optimize for both search engines and human engagement. • Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring teams to create engaging, conversion-oriented content that performs well in local search markets. • Excellent communication and project management skills, able to coordinate across departments and manage multiple projects without compromising quality. • A data-driven approach, with curiosity and analytical insight to measure, refine, and improve content based on performance metrics.
