• The Revenue Operations Manager will oversee key operational functions • Drive efficiency and ensure seamless coordination across IT, data governance, and knowledge base management • Manage the IT function, contribute to data reporting and governance, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration • Play a pivotal role in shaping scalable processes as the company grows • Ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a SaaS, digital marketing, or technology-driven environment • Direct experience with HubSpot, including managing integrations, data governance, and process optimization • Proven track record of creating, documenting, and optimizing scalable processes for departments of at least 50 people • Experience designing and implementing scalable systems in a high-growth environment • Proven experience creating and tracking key operational metrics that influence business outcomes, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making • Collaborative, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to mentor and guide team members effectively
