Description

• Lead the design vision for our suite of small business tools, partnering with leadership to align design with product strategy. • Design wireframes, prototypes, and visual elements that simplify complex tasks and enhance the user experience. • Conduct user research, including client interviews and testing, to ensure designs are informed by user needs and behaviors. • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to ensure features are functional and visually compelling. • Continuously iterate on designs, incorporating feedback and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in designing interactive experiences, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design. • Experience with multi-platform UX challenges and creating scalable designs. • SaaS B2B design experience preferred, especially for small businesses. • Ability to conduct independent customer research and translate insights into design improvements. • Familiarity with creating reusable UX components.
