🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development • 3+ years leading and managing engineering teams. • Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top engineering talent. • Strong experience driving roadmaps, making technical trade-offs, and aligning engineering with business objectives. • Hands-on background in software development, ideally with experience supporting mobile and web-based platforms. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, balancing technical and business considerations effectively. • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where collaboration is key. • Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action, you focus on impact over process. • Experience in healthcare and knowledge of security/compliance best practices is a plus.
