Description

• Serve as a finance business partner to our leadership team, including our President, Chief Marketing Officer, and many others. • Drive resource, investment, and forecast planning for Revenue, Sales and Marketing. • Support pricing team inbound requests and conduct ad hoc analysis. • Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor level spend, and monthly headcount reconciliation for the Sales and Marketing organization. • Support month-end close cadence and packages. • Demonstrate strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. • Acquire and maintain an understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues within the US healthcare system. • Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field • 5+ years of business experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Consulting, fast growing tech company experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with an emphasis on attention to details • Proactive self-starter; able to effectively prioritize and manage daily responsibilities independently • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
