Description
• Omada Health is on a mission to inspire and engage people in lifelong health, one step at a time. • Work with UX researchers to maximize member voices. • Coordinate logistics for member research and manage projects collaboratively. • Manage contractor budgets and facilitate team rituals.
Requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail • Strong project management skills: You can build and execute a project plan • Strong communication and writing skills • Displays initiative; works both independently and collaborates well with a team to get things done • 3+ years of experience working as a user research coordinator, project manager, research manager, UX research or UX ops roles, product ops, other coordination / operations roles • Loves working with technology and learning new tools and capabilities • Bonus points if you have... • Experience writing SQL • Experience working in regulated industries (ex. Healthcare, finance) • Interest or experience in copywriting and editing • Experience working with Content Management Systems
