Description

• Develop our load testing framework to evaluate the performance and scalability of our protocols • Ensure seamless protocol upgrades and manage rollback procedures when necessary • Implement automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and scaling within the cloud environment • Collaborate with protocol engineers to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure systems uptime and incident resolution

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Go programming or similar language • 1+ years of experience in a blockchain protocol • Proficient with cloud services such as GCP, AWS or Azure • Experience with automation and scripting using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes and Ansible • Strong background in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar • Ability to handle on-call responsibilities reliably and effectively • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Location: Must be in the New York (EST) or Europe (CET) time zones • Overlap hours: Available daily from 9 AM to 12 PM EST for team collaboration
