Description

• Reporting to the Sr. Product Manager, responsible for developing new products and improving existing ones for health care providers. • Working in an Agile environment, collaboration with a cross-functional team. • Define and execute the Product roadmap ensuring backlog is defined and prioritized. • Lead high-impact teams through the digital development of the product. • Develop and own business cases and deliver digital products on-time and on-budget. • Participate in usability studies to interpret voice of the customer. • Support PM with business case development, customer journeys, and detailed process flows. • Maintain conceptual and technical integrity of Features for the team. • Facilitate software selection process to deliver the 'what'.

Requirements

• Experience with diabetes management or insulin pump development is a plus. • Able to influence, interact, and lead globally. • Able to lead without direct reporting authority. • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and ambiguous requirements. • Proactive communication with various stakeholders in the organization. • Detail oriented, with effective verbal and written communication skills. • Able to leverage creativity in order to overcome obstacles and work with a sense of urgency. • Flexible, able to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment. • Able to organize and judge multiple priorities. • Role model cross functional collaboration and agility. • Strong communication skills - written and oral. • Demonstrates strong communication skills with audiences having different levels of technical background.
