• The Benefits Analyst focuses on administering and managing Global Benefits Programs. • Collaborate closely with employees, HR team members, and external vendors. • Ensure the effective delivery of benefits that support the company's goals and objectives. • Process and/or manage employee enrollments, terminations, and changes in benefit programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration or a related HR function. • Strong understanding of benefit plan designs and regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA. • Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Administer health and welfare plans, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and health savings accounts. • Assist in managing retirement and pension plans, including 401(k), defined benefit, and defined contribution plans. • Support the development, implementation, and communication of benefit programs and policies. • Train and evaluate HR Ops for benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment systems to new and current employees. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to benefits and ensure compliance with all legal requirements (e.g., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA).
