Description

• The Lead SAP IT Business Analyst, Finance, is a critical member of the IT Corporate & Commercial Systems Team. • Support communication with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, conduct business process reviews, develop test plans. • Act independently to determine new methods and procedures to create a positive impact in improving the finance and accounting functions. • Provide substantial inputs for process improvement initiatives, contribute to the process improvement business cases presented. • Help business process owners to prepare business cases for large enhancements and projects. • Perform complex business and systems analysis work; conduct requirements gathering/analysis via information gathering sessions with business users and technical staff. • Develop supporting process flows and documentation specifications. • Conduct analysis of existing business processes; recommend process improvements. • Implement new business process solutions in SAP S/4 HANA related to Finance process improvements. • Responsible for providing data expertise and consulting related to operational reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum 7 years of experience working in a Business Analyst / Functional role. • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in any version of SAP. • Experience with S/4 HANA is a plus. • Experience working for a public company with international experience is strongly desired. • Excellent understanding of global business environment, products and processes. • Expert knowledge of office systems and analytical tools. • Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem-solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
