📋 Description

• The Lead Endpoint Administrator will work with the team responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's endpoint devices, ensuring their security, performance, and compliance with company policies. • In the lead role, you'll set the example of the level of quality and skills needed to reach the team’s goals. • You will report to and work closely with the Sr. Systems Manager responsible for endpoint services. • You will also collaborate with multiple IT teams to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot various endpoint devices like desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. • You'll develop solutions to enhance how Insulet manages these devices. • The perfect candidate is proactive and seeks opportunities for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in endpoint management or a similar role. • 3+ years working with ServiceNow or other task management system. • 3+ years working in an agile framework using Jira or similar scrum tools. • Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, JAMF, BigFix, Windows operating systems, MacOS, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions. • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+, or similar are preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments. • Experience with Linux operating systems. • Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
