Description
• Responsible for developing new products and improving existing ones • Collaborate in an Agile environment • Define and execute the Product roadmap • Ensure Backlog is properly prioritized and defined • Build and manage product backlog • Lead requirements gathering efforts • Work with other Product Owners to ensure coordinated delivery • Facilitate software selection processes • Serve as 1st escalation point for Delivery POs
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience • 5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies related to Product Owner role • Knowledgeable of Web Applications and Mobile Application or Cloud development strongly preferred • Strong communication skills • Passion to continuously improve processes and practices • Experience with Insulin Pumps development will be a plus • Proactive at communicating with stakeholders • Demonstrated abilities to leverage creativity and work with urgency • Detail-oriented with effective verbal and written communication skills • Experience in Medical Device development and/or other highly regulated products is a plus • SAFe Agile experience
