• Enable teams to execute Insulet’s strategic plan. • Coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices. • Work effectively in a dynamic development environment with matrix reporting structure. • Facilitate all Agile events effectively. • Help remove impediments that are obstructing the team from achieving their sprint and PI goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • Scrum Master or comparable certification is required. • 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master. • Preferred SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
