• Staff Scrum Master responsible for leading project planning, execution, and controlling • Collaborate with multiple product owners and lead complex projects • Provides coaching on Agile principles to the team • Manage large teams in a collaborative environment • Facilitates removal of impediments for team • Promotes Agile quality practices for teams • Builds high-performing teams and resolves conflicts • Reports performance metrics and maintains project plans • Adhere to regulatory standards and quality controls • Engage in SAFe and Scrum events • Organize JIRA for easy accessibility
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 6+ years of relevant experience • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external contractors • Strong understanding of Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry practices • Understanding of patient data privacy requirements • At least 6 years of IT Project Management or Scrum Master Experience • Experience with SDLC or Agile project implementation methodologies • Strong working knowledge of leading programs in an Agile/Scrum environment • Action-oriented self-starter capable of guiding complex projects • Capability to lead system implementations • Ability to be empathetic and persistent with customers • Good judgment in evaluating situations • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Highly organized with excellent communication and negotiation skills • Proficient in MS Office products, Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, Clarity
