Description

• Omnipresent is a global employment platform enabling organizations to compliantly hire and manage employees. • Support building payroll product as the company grows, delivering customer experience and driving service delivery excellence. • Develop and execute against strategy for Payroll product and systems function. • Work closely with Product and Engineering to design payroll technology stack. • Coordinate cross-functional deliverables for implementing scalable solutions. • Maximize impact by proactively identifying opportunities to help Payroll Products scale. • Attend business meetings to document requirements and convert to specifications for payroll and finance teams. • Strong communication skills to articulate operational context to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5 years' European payroll experience, especially in Greece & Cyprus; in-house payroll experience preferred. • In-depth awareness of the data points required to complete accurate payroll globally. • Experience in automation. • 4+ years of operational experience, preferably in the payroll industry, building and managing complex global payroll systems. • Experience driving creative solutions and informing the roadmap of cross-functional teams. • Experience critically evaluating a problem from multiple perspectives and aligning stakeholders on the solution. • Strong understanding of global payroll vendor technology, including relevant risks and regulations. • A track record of leading and managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs transforming payroll operations.
