Description

• Omnipresent is a global employment platform that enables organisations to compliantly hire, onboard, pay, and manage their employees and contractors worldwide. • Support the building of the payroll product as we grow, delivering both an employee and customer experience second-to-none. • You are naturally curious. You take initiative. You communicate well. You drive projects independently, and report up clearly to the management team. • You will be a subject matter expert on European payroll and will have experience in end to end payroll processing in house, oversee the accurate processing of payroll for international employees, stay up to date with changes in payroll laws, and manage internal and external payroll inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll operations. • In-depth knowledge of international payroll laws, regulations, and best practices. • Proficiency with payroll software and systems • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
