Description
• Assist in evaluating client process enhancement • Develop strong follow-up processes to stay in contact with possible future candidates • Track top-end reach and engagement numbers • Submit posts on various platforms for lead nurturing • Respond to telephone or web-based inquiries • Develop client relationships and retain existing accounts • Collect and analyze recruiting metrics
Requirements
• Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business major • Completed Sophomore or Junior year of college or Recent Graduate • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Self-Motivated • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail • All interns must formally accept and abide by OM USA’s Statement of Faith for the duration of the internship.
