🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in managing hardware architecture and technical operations in a fast-paced environment. • Proven experience in managing DevOps leads and engineers. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. • In-depth knowledge of hardware systems, network architecture, and data centre operations. • Experience with Redis and Couchbase. • Experience with system monitoring, observability, and alerting tools. • Strong understanding of cost analysis, reduction, and forecasting. • Experience with contract licensing renewals. • Proficiency in using Google Cloud Armour and/or Cloudflare. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

🏖️ Benefits

• The salary on offer for this role is £90,000 to £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. • In return for helping us to grow, we’ll offer you company equity, meaning you own a piece of this business we are all working so hard to build.
