📋 Description
• Develop pipelines to integrate new data elements into the oncology schema • Oversee and monitor data infrastructure for stability, performance, and accuracy • Improve data warehousing and reporting capabilities for real-time analysis • Integrate standard and proprietary ontologies into data enrichment processes • Enhance de-identification capabilities to support machine learning and clinical research • Build reusable integrations with major clinical systems (EMR/EHRs) • Deploy updates frequently to improve cancer care • Provide constructive feedback through code and architecture reviews
🎯 Requirements
• 1-5 years of software engineering experience • Experience in data-focused roles or projects • Fluency with Python • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch) • Ability to analyze and optimize existing solutions • Focus on writing understandable, testable, maintainable code • Experience with asynchronous and distributed systems (RabbitMQ) • Familiarity with modern containerized environments (Docker & Kubernetes)
