• About Us • One Medical is a primary care solution challenging the industry status quo by making quality care more affordable, accessible and enjoyable. • The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a full time Licensed Clinical Psychologist, who is interested in joining a virtual behavioral health collaborative care program and is committed to changing the care delivery experience for both patients and providers. • What you'll likely work on: Manage the assessment and treatment of psychiatric concerns, psychosocial issues, and health behavior change through brief psychotherapeutic interventions delivered virtually. • Collaborate with other Behavioral Health Providers across our national network to improve behavioral health skills company wide.

Requirements

• Must be either a licensed Clinical Psychologist PhD, PsyD or EdD in Psychology • Licensed to independently practice with no current supervision requirements • Must have an active license in Ohio • For PhD/PsyD/EdD Candidates: 1 year post licensure with specific experience in adult outpatient diagnostic evaluation and psychotherapy • Experience providing a range of brief, goal directed and focused clinical services • Has exceptional capacity to multitask, is flexible, and is comfortable with ambiguity • Has strong communication and teaching skills • Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including 80% direct patient care and 20% administrative time • Eligible to be credentialed with our Health System Partner • Fluency in English • Reside within the USA or US Territories • Virtual psychotherapy experience (preferred)
