🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred) • 7+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced fintech, consumer finance, or tech environment • Proven experience providing financial insights to senior leadership • Expert financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/ GSheets (experience with financial modeling tools and ERP systems is a plus) • Demonstrated ability to streamline and improve financial processes, with a bias for operational efficiency • Strong collaboration and business partnering skills, experience working with G&A functions a plus • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to present complex data and financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Experience reporting to or working directly with a CFO or Head of FP&A • The Triple H Factor: Hungry, Humble, Honest • An act-like-an-owner mentality.
