📋 Description
• Coordinate all logistics for conventions and events. • Serve as the primary point of contact with event venues. • Manage shipping and receiving of materials. • Order and coordinate giveaways and promotional materials. • Develop and maintain event timelines and budgets. • Collaborate with marketing team to create engaging content. • Promote events through various marketing channels. • Provide on-site support during events. • Gather feedback and conduct post-event evaluations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
