📋 Description

• We are seeking a Manager, Cost Containment to join our growing Sales & Marketing organization at Bridgeway Benefit Technologies. • The Manager, Cost Containment is responsible for proactively identifying and driving cost containment solution opportunities for our customers. • You will be responsible for establishing the cost containment line of business by conducting detailed claims data analysis. • The Manager, Cost Containment is the trusted expert related to our cost containment solutions and stays with the customer throughout the sales journey from start to finish. • This is a remote position with occasional travel <10%. East coast candidates preferred.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role within the healthcare, insurance, or benefits administration industry. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare claims. • Health claims processing knowledge; preferably with out-of-network claims, medical billing, and cost containment strategies (837, EDI). • Familiarity with industry regulations, such as the No Surprises Act. • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to succinctly explain complex data analysis to customers. • Ability to effectively collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. • Sales and negotiation skills preferred (lead generation not required as opportunities are already identified). • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and claims analysis software/tools. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
