• Erstellung und Pflege mehrjähriger Finanzpläne zur Unterstützung der strategischen Steuerung • Durchführung detaillierter Datenanalysen, inklusive Soll-Ist-Vergleichen • Erstellung und Präsentation von Finanz- und Performanceberichten für das Management • Unterstützung des Leiters Finanzen bei Budgetprozessen, Prognosen und strategischen Projekten • Identifikation und Analyse von Abweichungen und Trends zur frühzeitigen Erkennung von Risiken und Chancen • enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung konsistenter Datenbasis
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen oder Controlling • 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung - idealerweise in einem Start-up-Umfeld • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Finanzmodellen, -plänen und im Reporting • Erfahrung in der Analyse großer Datenmengen und in der Erstellung prägnanter Managementberichte • Analytisches Denkvermögen und proaktiver Arbeitsstil • Sicher im Umgang mit Tools wie Excel, BI-Systemen • Grundkenntnisse in Datev • Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse
