• The Talent Marketing Director will shape and lead Edge's employer branding and talent attraction strategy. • This role will focus on creating compelling campaigns and leveraging digital platforms. • Collaborate cross-functionally to attract top-tier talent while reinforcing our unique culture and values. • Develop and execute a global employer branding strategy that reflects Edge’s mission, culture, and opportunities. • Partner with leadership, HR and in-market teams to define the unique employee value proposition (EVP). • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in talent attraction. • Create and manage campaigns that highlight employee stories, company achievements, and career opportunities. • Collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams to develop content. • Optimize paid and organic strategies to reach target audiences effectively. • Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry groups, and external recruiters. • Engage diverse talent pools and expand brand reach in global communities. • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent marketing efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, consumer marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record of designing and executing employer branding strategies. • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives for diverse audiences. • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, and SEO. • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, or similar platforms. • Experience working in tech or fast-paced startup environments. • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills. • Experience working with global organizations. • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus.
