📋 Description
• seek an experienced Compliance Analyst to perform investment compliance surveillance • responsible for a range of activities to fulfill compliance oversight obligations • maintain the firm’s investments surveillance and testing program • monitor efficiency and accuracy of the Program • perform ongoing surveillance, testing and analysis of trading activity • work with stakeholders to correct confirmed violations • prepare reporting for Chief Compliance Officer and Investment Committee • assist with annual testing of compliance policies • develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external partners • assist in responding to regulatory inquiries/examinations • stay current on relevant regulations and industry best practices • perform other assignments as needed
