• Drive the Client Services Team’s success by managing and nurturing client relationships to foster growth and retention. • Work with blue chip advertisers and agencies from various industries. • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns/projects, including setup, optimization, and performance reporting. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Pre-Sales, Sales, Ad Solutions, Product, Data, Newsroom and Finance to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. • Maintain and enhance the usage of internal tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Ad Manager) for process efficiency and campaign success.
• Experience or knowledge in media advertising, account management, ad operations, or the start-up ecosystem. • Hands-on experience in campaign management or ad operations, with an understanding of ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager), is a significant advantage. • A keen interest in the digital and mobile media landscape, paired with a tech-savvy mindset. • A proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach to challenges. • A passionate team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills. • Fluent in Italian and English (proficiency in additional languages, especially Spanish , is a plus).
