• About OneImaging: • OneImaging provides radiology as an employee benefit for self-funded employers and manages the care management of radiology services. • Our mission is to optimize radiology care through data-driven solutions that improve cost efficiency and accessibility for employers and their employees. • Job Overview: • We are seeking a Medical Claims Data Analyst to join our team. • This role is primarily responsible for analyzing medical claims data to identify cost savings opportunities and evaluating medical provider coverage maps to assess geographic coverage for prospective customers. • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with medical claims data, and a keen ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Key Responsibilities: • Analyze medical claims data to generate insights on cost savings opportunities for self-funded employers. • Identify trends in medical utilization and provider pricing to support cost reduction strategies. • Develop geographic coverage analyses to assess provider network adequacy for prospective customers. • Utilize data visualization tools to present findings to internal stakeholders and clients. • Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to support business development efforts with data-driven insights. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity when extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets. • Provide ongoing reports and dashboards that track cost savings performance and provider network metrics. • Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes related to medical claims and provider networks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Statistics, Business, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, preferably with medical claims data. • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Strong understanding of healthcare billing codes, claims adjudication, and provider reimbursement models. • Experience with geographic information systems (GIS) or mapping tools is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
