• OneIMS Group is seeking a results-driven Paid Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. • In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. • Your expertise in digital marketing and a keen understanding of data analysis will enable you to drive customer engagement and achieve our clients' marketing goals. • Create and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy. • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA). • Utilize various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure the effectiveness of paid media strategies and provide actionable insights. • Monitor and report on campaign performance and present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams. • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and visual assets that drive engagement. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media advertising and digital marketing. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Proven experience as a Paid Media Strategist or in a similar role with a strong track record of success. • In-depth knowledge of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising. • Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and optimizing campaign performance. • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting software. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively. • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and approach problems innovatively. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
