📋 Description
• Real is a fast-growing national real estate brokerage powered by technology. • We are seeking an experienced and passionate Frontend Developer to join our R&D team at REAL. • Your work will span across our React / Redux web app and React Native mobile application, ensuring high quality, scalability, and performance. • Implement new features, troubleshoot bugs, and lead the technical vision for frontend engineering. • Mentor junior engineers in software engineering methodologies, design principles, and best practices. • Advocate for long-term improvements and provide recommendations for the frontend codebase.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and React Native. • Proficient in writing tests using Jest and Cypress/Playwright and maintaining solid code coverage. • Demonstrated ability to make technical decisions and provide recommendations for the long-term direction of frontend development. • A collaborative attitude, with the ability to mentor and guide less-experienced engineers. • Comfortable working with a distributed team across multiple time zones and locations. • Experience with Next.js, Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS, and familiarity with Storybook and Figma. • A strong focus on improving both developer experience and the end-user experience by ensuring features are well-executed and performant.
