📋 Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our team at Real. • This role will require expertise in both automation and manual testing. • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright. • You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications by building and maintaining robust testing frameworks. • The role also includes mentoring junior team members, reviewing pull requests (PRs), and guiding the team in implementing best practices for test automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA with a focus on automation testing, specifically using Playwright. • Experience with Git for version control and collaboration within the development and testing workflows. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript / Typescript to write and debug test scripts efficiently. • Experience working with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, or similar to build and manage automated pipelines. • Experience on Mobile Testing with both Android as well as iOS Devices. • Having Performed UI/UX Testing. • Proficient in Testing methodologies, Test case creation, and Test case management tool. • Ability to transform requirements into test cases with required coverage. • Knowledge of frontend technologies. • Proficient with any test management tool and defect management tool - Youtrack/Jira is a plus. • Ability to understand and promote process improvements as needed. • Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A committed individual with a positive attitude and driven to succeed. • Experience with Web services (API) testing using tools like Postman/Swagger is a plus. • Experience with Tools like Datadog for error monitoring and debugging is a plus.
