Description

• Be the fourth member of a team focused on AI-first product development • Build and deploy full-scale applications in weekly sprints • Stay updated with advancements in AI tools • Use AI prompts to generate production-level Python code • Join daily standup calls and weekly planning calls • Merge PR yourself and handle production issues • Document and maintain learnings, processes, and procedures

Requirements

• Advanced English level (MANDATORY) • 5+ years of experience working with Python • Deep understanding of Python libraries and frameworks (FastAPI, SqlAchemy, Alembic) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Frequent communication via Slack • Highly organized and proficient in task management • Team player willing to support the broader team • Ability to research effectively and independently resolve challenges
